Can the White Label be made true white label please? The White Label arrangement has below defects:
– Resellers can create packages with selection of functions/features. For example, provide Live Chat only when enabled for some clients. This is not possible right now, and it restricts ability of resellers to make money.
– Every user can see the templates (like E-commerce and Real Estate) upon login. This takes away the sheen of creative power that the reseller can present, by making this available only after he gets paid extra.
– The name of newOaks is quite visible in the source code. What kind of white label is this? It's almost like losing buyers to NewOaks after having paid almost a $1,126 upfront for 3x White Label.
Please protect the interest and earning potential of people who are paying you 1000s of dollars up front.
It's perfectly fine if you sell add-ons at a price, because it gives you MRR and that keeps the life-time deal relationship incentivized for you as the founder.
1. It takes a lot of resources to remove all tabs and leave only one feature. Will put it on idea map for voting before we invest on this request.
2. This is same question with question number 1.
3. It has been discussion for over a year. and per discussion with SaaSZilla it is not necessary and made very clearly in the official launch post. It is not a common practice to check source code for a normal customer. Our current white label clients have not been affected by anyone who has this attempt.

It is possible for the source code to be hosted on a different web domain — for example, something like "chatbot… .ai" — as long as that site is not used for selling packages or services. This way, even if someone accesses or sees it, it doesn't really matter.

The API documents is under the brand of NewOaks for now. If you want to remove the brand you need to create a separate copy.

Before that, I bought i bought tier 3, and 3 white label codes (unlimited), but only 1 code works It shows 100 sub account is showing.

The LTD is BYOK. So your clients will use your API keys or their own API keys. You need to deposit on Open AI's API account.

I would not worry about someone checking the coude in HTML. Many folks are concerned about it but it never happened from our experience. Most people buy from you because you are trustworthy and provide continuous support, not just the AI tool.

Hi Josh. Clients can use mobile browser to login and use live chat on IOS. PWA for IOS will be the same as using Safari browser to open livechat backend if not going review process under App Store.
Without the iOS app is it possible to have a working PWA that clients could use to still access the chat on their phone?
