    Initially, we faced challenges within our own company when our Support Team used a shared email account, support@passcareer.io, to assist customers. The team consisted of five members who accessed the shared email daily to respond to customer inquiries. However, we encountered several issues: the Team Leader had no visibility into who was handling which customer or whether responses were timely; it was unclear who was overloaded with tasks and who had fewer tasks.

    This is the very reason Nutsales was created. When an email from a customer is received, Nutsales allows precise assignment to individual team members based on predefined rules. The Team Leader can also track each member’s tasks. Team members can collaborate and manage their work more effectively with features such as Notes/Comments, File Management, and Document Approval.

    1. Hi Duke,

      I have purchase Tier 3 of Nutsale. However, I’m facing following hurdles:

      Analytics – Where can I find these? As I don’t see “reports” tab in my account similar to the one shown in SaasZilla demo video above?

      Android and iOS apps – I’m unable to login on the app as it doesn’t show the option to login via email. I can only see options to login via gmail, apple etc.

      How can I access the features advertised below? There is no documentation or help centre where I can find info about these.
