Hi Zillas! 👋
Fatos from Answerly team presenting FacePop. 🥳
Who is behind FacePop?
We launched our widgets SaaS project (Answerly) in 2018 with the goal of improving customer support for digital businesses by building and innovating our products. Today, we’re excited to have helped thousands of customers do just that.
Why create FacePop and how it can help your business? 💪
We developed FacePop to give businesses like yours a simple, yet powerful tool to help you build a personal relationship with your customers. With FacePop, you can easily upload a video of yourself and engage your customers directly.
This gives businesses the opportunity to build a closer relationship with their customers while providing an easy way to post a customized call to action to ask for feedback, set up meetings, and more. You can even connect multiple FacePops to create your own video funnel. Our goal with FacePop is to help you elevate customer engagement to the next level!
Try FacePop, it only takes a few minutes to get started. I’m happy to answer any questions you’ve. 🙌
What can I do with 1 TB of bandwidth/traffic per month?
As a quick estimate, a 15 second video selfie would be about 50 MB size = 20,000 full reproductions (to reach 1 TB). You can play now with those numbers to see which stack is the most adecquate for you. If you’re using this for multiple websites/customers, stacking is probably a good idea, and a 10x stack will unlock the Agency Whitelable mode with Custom branding and CNAME so you can resell FacePop (with your own brand) to your customers!
What do I get with the Whitelable Agency stack (10 codes)?
By applying a maximum stack of 10 codes to your FacePop account, you unlock the White Label Agency capabilities. This enables you to replace FacePop’s branding and logo on all customer-facing pages, including the login page, with your own. Additionally, you can use your own Agency’s Custom Domain (CNAME) for the dashboard. Consequently, your customers will perceive you as the direct product owner serving them.
You will have the capacity to serve your customers using your bandwidth allowance. Considering that 10TB equates to playing a 720p movie 10,000 times, the agency’s limit of 10TB should allow you to serve a significant number of customers each month. Should you need additional TBs, you can purchase them at a reasonable rate.

Hello, My customers are French-speaking. Is facepop translated into French? I’d like to take the agency plan. Thanks
Hi Jérôme,
Currently the outputs that are shown to your viewers on your FacePops are fully customizable (texts, CTAs).
The interface is simple and intuitive, but it’s currently in English. However, since the FacePop team prioritizes on your requests, and we have also recommended to introduce an multilingual interface, it’s expected to come in the future.
We cannot say when though. We’ll ask the developer about this again to see if we have some ETA for you.
If your customers don’t know any English at all, one temporary option that I’d contemplate is to create a couple of tutorials in French so your customers have the assistance they require to succesfully use the tool.
Ultimately, you have 60-day money back for this deal, so if you decide to go for it, you really have no risk at all.
I hope that helps!
Hello,
Congratulations on the launch.
Is there a way to close the pop and get it off the screen? For example, the sample one from Kai on this page is nice to see as an example but once I have watched it, it seems that there is no way to close it. As a user, I find that annoying because I’m now losing screen space for something I already watched. I would also want to give the customer an ability to close it without watching it.
Hey, in fact, that’s a setting that I decided to hide but what you say makes a lot of sense, so I activated it again.
You can refresh the page to see that now there’s a close option without having to watch it again.
Thanks for the feedback!
Thanks for the reply!
Yes, I see it now and definitely nice to have that option.
I should be the one thanking you because it makes all the sense to leave it on.
Have a nice day! 😀
Hello, I would like to know what is a code… and why would I need to purchase more? Thanks
Hi, a code is the minimum access you need for getting the lifetime use and limits that you see on the pricing tables.
When you buy a code, you get a license key that you can redeem on our partner’s product site.
Getting more codes allow you to stack them so you access to higher limits according to what you see on the pricing tables.
I hope that makes it clearer 😀
do it support arabic?
Hi Kai and Fatos, congratulations for launching this deal.
Is there any form of branding present, either on the player or the direct link landing page?
When loading files by API, what kind of extensions are supported? What’s the maximum size?
I don’t see analytics on the API as well, will it be released soon?
Where is the video hosting located?
Will you sign a DPA for GDPR compliance for us to use this in our agencies?
Thanks
Hi Nuno, thank you for the questions.
1) There is branding but you can remove it easily, if you buy any license from SaasZilla.
2) Currently the supported video extensions are: MP4, AVI, MOV, MKV, M4V, WEBM
3) Maximum file size is 80mb
4) There are no analytics on the API, it’s currently not prioritized to provide any
5) All of our hosting is within the EU. Germany & Netherlands.
6) We do not store any personally identifiable information under any circumstance, we’re GDPR compliant out of the box.
I hope I have answered your questions!
Thanks for your good wishes and for leaving a comment Nuno. I already see that Fatos replied, so I guess those questions are solved now. Have a nice day! 😀
Hello FacePop,
1 – Can I have more than 1 Facepop on a website? ie – 1 on the homepage greeting visitors and 1 on the appt page asking visitors to schedule an appointment? Would this count as 1 seat or 2?
2 – Are “Seats” per user, website, or video? I have a small biz directory site with 23 clients. Can they each have a Facepop as long as I stay with within the 1TB/traffic/month?
3 – Can the reports be saved as PDF or a screenshot?
4 – Can we put this on a client’s website?
5 – What is the avg size (in MB) of a 30 second FacePop? Can we buy extra bandwidth if needed?
Thanks,
Eric
Hi Eric,
1) The answer is yes, however you can’t have multiple facepop widgets in the same page, ie the pricing — but you can have 1 at pricing, 1 at blog etc.
2) Neither, seats are just people that you can invite to collaborate with the same Answerly workspace. They will have access to all widgets, settings etc.
3) Yes, most of our reports such as graphs can be saved as SVG/png.
4) You can use facepop in your client’s websites without any worries.
5) Depends on the quality and frames per second and compression. I would say around 1 minute of HD video.
Thank you for asking!
