Redemption Instructions
If you don’t have an account:
1. Visit our partner’s Quick Creator Blog redemption page.
2. Fill the form for opening an account.
3. Copy-paste the license key(s) to redeem in the corresponding field (sometimes you can stack multiple codes at the same time).
* You’ll find your SaasZilla Code/license Redemption key(s) in the “products” section of your “account”.
4. Complete the registration with the register/signup button (you might need to confirm your registration email first).
5. Once logged into your account, refresh/reload the page to reflect your upgrade.
6. Start using your new awesome deal!
If you already have an exisiting account (e.g. signup for trial):
The redemption for existing customers and accounts is possible but it has to be done by contacting trough their support channels.
Please provide them with your Quick Creator Blog email address and your SaasZilla license key so they can activate it for you. Thanks.
PS: To expedite the activation process, especially if you don’t need to save your existing account’s data, you might consider opening a new account (and follow the instant redemption process for new accounts above).
Upgrading/Downgrading Tier instructions
You have the option to upgrade or downgrade your plan any time as long as the SaasZilla deal is available. Downgrades, however, follow our refund policy. Learn more about upgrading and downgrading your license here.
After completing an upgrade/downgrade order with SaasZilla, you’ll get a new license key to redeem. If you want to apply it to your existing account (that already has an attached old license key), you might need to contact our partner’s support directly so they help you replace the old license key for the new one. You also have the option to redeem it on a new email account if you don’t mind what you have on your exisiting account and want to accelerate the process.
Note that for some deals, the founders will allow to buy and stack multiple top tier licenses (info on the plan/tier selection table or on the FAQ’s section below it). Stacking multiple top tiers might be useful in case you somehow want to increase your limits such as more team mates, more brands, etc. Note that stacking is usually only possible for the highest tier when available.

Refund Instructions
Refunds are requested and processed through our internal system, accessible from your orders section in your customer dashboard. For further information, kindly refer to our documentation.
If you choose to Refund via SaasZilla Credits
SaasZilla Credits are the quickest way to reuse your refund amount without payment processor’s waitings. The refund amount will immediately be converted to credits and will appear in “My Credits & Rewards” section.
If you paid via PayPal
You should receive an email from PayPal letting you know of the refund. You can also check your PayPal account to see it.
If you paid via Credit/Debit Card
Please allow 5-10 business days to post. (Note that refunds may appear in the form of a reversal. In the case of a reversal, the original payment will drop off of your bank statement, and a separate credit is not issued.)
If you paid via SaasZilla Credits
Your SaasZilla credits will be reinstated to your SaasZilla account. You can view them in your “My Credits & Rewards” area and they will also be accessible at checkout during your next purchase.
