Does “seats” mean the number of content creators? For instance, if I buy Tiers, am I able to run a campaign with just three content creators?

Is one-click record and upload button on the roadmap?
I lot of video testimonial software has this feature.
Basically you click the button to start recording then once you finish recording you have the option to upload it straight into the software.
This makes it super simple for the user as they don’t have to record something first then try and to find it in the hard drive of their phone to upload.
I’m hoping this feature his part of the roadmap. If it is then I’d be happy to purchase and full stack

Whats the difference between a seat and a workspace?
I am an agency that wants to White Label.
A “seat” is used for an user who can be part of one or more workspaces.
These seats can be assigned to your team mates for managed service to your customers while customers are also allowed to have self-managed service without counting on those “seats” for the team.
If you are an agency looking for whitelable I recommend you to grab the top tier with whitelable and unlimited workspaces.
You can stack as many as you want for increasing the number of seats depending on your needs.

So if I give a free trial by creating a “seat” to potential client of my agency and the client does not convert to a paid client –
1) Can I delete the seat?
2) After deleting the seat, will it still be considered in the 20 limit in Tier 4?
Hi, think more of a total number of seats at any given time.
You can also stack multiple top tier to increase the number of seats if you think you’ll need more.

I decided to buy the full pack. Hello Seth, I loved your program just by watching the video of the presentation, excellent. I know you have been busy, hopefully you could integrate Adilo in the near future.
On the other hand, it would also be good to integrate a module where the coupon promotion is limited, like adding a countdown of days or a video upload counter so that too many videos don’t fill up the server in one day and create greater interest for the next promotion. Just a crazy idea.

Got the max tier! The platform so far is great and easy to use. A couple of feedback that would be great to have soon:
1.1 The ability to automatically send the coupon code or a custom message regardless if we like their videos or not.
1.2 Ability to choose what to publish and what to not publish.
2. White-label Email.
3. Ability to customize the slug/permalink and not automatically randomly generate brandname-204 at the end of a custom domain. It looks weird to have brandname(dot)com/brandname-024 (random number) to be sent.
4. Have an instructional text description on what domain to place. Though, it was explained on a tutorial video, I instinctively thought that the domain space was for the parent domain and for branding purposes, and not the subdomain in which I was planning to map the campaigns to.
5. The coupon toggle was pretty much useless if we’re not able to send the coupon code automatically. If it can be mapped to a shop custom email composition and people can click through that and be directed to the product… that would be great.
6. For physical shops, the ability to limit the redemption to just one redemption per user would be a huge plus for the business not to be taken advantage to. Maybe a device detection or user detection is great.

Bugs I found for workspaces is it randomly switches to the default workspace when editing another workspace’s campaign.
Also, the feedback button in the dashboard is not working, hence me posting the feedback here.

1.1 Technically you can send a coupon to videos you do not like, just mark them as approved and send the coupon in the input field. As for automating this function, we do not think it would be a good idea as majority of brands using Dropppin filter videos for approval.
1.2 We will be adding ‘tags’ in the coming months where you’ll be able to tag videos and create specific embeds. This will allow you to choose what to and what not to publish.
2. We are very far away from offering a white label solution. Our focus right now is on building mature features.
3. The ability to customize the slug is on the roadmap and we are aiming to deliver before end of 2023.
4. We are improving the UI on the CNAME page to make it clear and intuitive.
Hi, I have a few things to have a look at:
When you add a new workspace and are working in it, the system keeps returning to the Default workplace. That is how I missed notifications and content I had just added. When adding a campaign in Dutch, there are English words in the communication with the clients/creators. Mails are sent with a ‘cloaked’ droppin address (reward@dropppin.com), the instagram address of the creator (I never added one during my test) was made up and non-existent. The entire process of adding an A-record to your DNS (on the root, a subdomain?) and what the result of it should be is unclear.
I hope I am just clumsy and made mistakes down the road; otherwise, there is some work for you to do before I can start using it. This by no means makes me less enthusiastic about the system!

We are unable to replicate the default workspace issue. Can you clear your cache and try again? We have plans on implementing a multi-language tool in the next couple of weeks.
SMTP is also on the way so very soon you’ll be able to send emails from your brand email.

What is meaning of team site?
Hello, appologies, “site” is a mistake. We have substituted the term with “seats”.
Seats can be used by your teammates or customers. Once you invite them to your account, they can use the tool and collaborate within a particular workspace. Anyone in a workspace will have access to everything within it. You should have this on mind when structuring your workspaces and seats and when picking your tier.
I hope this explanation provides clarity.
Kai, so we have unlimited workspaces but only 20 users in top tier? So if I wanted to use this with customers, I’d only be able to have 20 campaigns at a time?

kindly note that, on the plan you mention, there’s no limit on the number of workspaces and campaigns you can have.
Every single seat can be assigned to multiple workspaces and even within a single workspace generate multiple campaigns.
There’s no limits on the number of campaigns that a team seat can generate, so this is truly unlimited as an agency offering it as a managed service
If you’re planning to use this for customers paying for your monthly or yearly services as an agency, I don’t see any obstacles preventing you from securing additional top-tier access now to acquire more seats. In this way, you can serve as many customers autonomously as you want.
I believe it is a fair solution for those with that particular need, especially considering the affordability of this offer (no limits on use for multiple users and without even limiting workspaces).
You’ll simply need to check with the founder whether these seats can be stacked on the same account or used with different logins – either option should work for you.
I’d be really surprised if with this you’re not making a return on investment within just a couple of months with this deal. From there, all is ROI for you.
