Hello Zillans! 👋
My name is Pradeep Soundararajan and I am the CEO of Bugasura. I’ve been a tester for over 20 years and also run a profitable bootstrapped software testing services company – Moolya Software Testing – for the last 13 years.
In my vast experience solving for quality for SMBs, enterprises, and unicorns around the world – my team and I have used every possible quality tool that’s there in the market. I have used many different bug trackers.
Most of them were built decades ago, are sluggish, and complicated. You’d have to hire someone to just set up JIRA at your organization!
We wanted something that was fast, simple and just did the job. What started as something to scratch our own itch is now a product and our labor of love.
We introduced the Bugasura issue tracker first – which is great for ticket management and tracking – and went ahead and added bug reporters as well. In the market, most of the tools either do reporting or tracking. That’s why we built reporters to not just complement the tracker but to also help capture bugs/website feedback easily and push them into the tracker,.
What really sets us apart is our design-thinking and simplicity. In fact, For every 3 sprints where we add features – we spend 2 sprints removing and simplifying what’s not of use at all.
Bugasura is the simplest and most effective issue tracking and bug reporting tool out there that can help development and design agencies, saas companies, and product builders manage all their bugs/feedback on one platform.
The reporters help with capturing bugs contextually so that you can spend time fixing bugs rather than going around in circles looking for “Steps to reproduce”.
Features like the Web Widget and email bug reporters allow you to collect feedback and bugs from your customers without having to go back and forth too many times.
Our issue tracker competes with JIRA, Linear, Zoho Bug Tracker, Asana, Bugzilla, Mantis.
Our bug reporters compete with Jam.dev, Bugherd etc

What does “Unlimited teams” mean? Can I have multiple independent teams that don’t affect each other, or can I split members into several teams that collaborate with each other? Is the data shared between teams?
when the Portuguese language, thank you
Feel free to use with a translator plugin in Portuguese. We offer by default in english but lots of users use it in their own languages with translator browser plugins seamlessly.
the tool itself is buggy, I can’t even test it with my galaxy s23 ultra.
Hey Bounsou, I’d like to understand what browser you’re accessing Bugasura on in your Galaxy S23 Ultra. We usually dont have any problems on mobile web but would like to get some more context on your issue first.
In the plan description, T3 says “Unlimited users,” but after registration, the system says “Up to 100 Users”?
Are “Unlimited” and “Up to 100” equivalent?
If your system limit is 100 users, then I think you should adjust the plan description, otherwise it looks very odd.
Um, it isn’t limited to 100 users. We have put a much larger limit of 9999 for the unlimited tier in our backend, Im not sure why you’re seeing that in the system – also would like to know where exactly you’re seeing it in the purchase flow.
Requesting Saaszilla team to look into this as well.
I saw it at the following URL
https://my.bugasura.io/upgradePlan
I saw 9999 on another page.
So, unlimited is not really unlimited, but is 9999?
Or can we write to apply for an increase when it reaches 9999?
(Although I don’t actually have that many users)
Hi, It looks like there’s a display issue with your account. Please reach out to the tool’s support team directly so they can help you fix it.
Best regards.
