Affiliates Program Terms and Conditions
When applying, becoming an authorided affiliate (Affiliate) for SaasZilla Pte LTD (SaasZilla), or using any of our affiliate links, you are agreeing to and accept and respect the terms and conditions included on this document, as well as their updates.
Please read the entire Agreement carefully before even registering and start promoting SaasZilla as an Affiliate.
These are the terms and conditions that apply to our partnership with Affiliates and Content Creator partners.
Any violation of our affiliate terms will result in the nullification of commissions generated and immediate expulsion from our affiliate program at our sole discretion.

1. Eligibility
IMPORTANT: If you don’t have a substantial audience and you are only looking to promote to a close circle of colleagues, customers or referrals, this affiliate program is NOT designed for this purpose, hence it is NOT suitable for you. Please, refrain from applying (our “invite a friend” referral program is not this and it is currently under construction *we’ll send an email notification when ready).
- Affiliates MUST possess a valid website and or other public promotional social media channels that are appropriate for promoting our products to the intended audience (the focus of the promotion).
- Affiliates MUST have a wide audience to promote products, being able to reach at least hundreds of different objective audience every single month.
- Individuals who meet the criteria for our affiliate program are welcome to apply as affiliates, as long as they are of legal age (18 years or older).
- Affiliates adhere to the general terms of use and privacy policy of this site, accepting them the moment they request to become affiliates.
2. Application Approval
- We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion. The approval of your application as an affiliate doesn’t mean that your submission complies with our requirements nor the terms and conditions mentioned here. You are responsible of complying with them.
3. Commissions

Engaging in self-referrals is strictly prohibited. You will NOT be eligible for any commission on purchases made through your own accounts or for orders that you personally pay for. Instances where you make a direct purchases on behalf of others are also considered self-referrals (e.g. an agency buying products for their customers). Every single referral must purchase the products directly from us with their own accounts and their own payment methods.
However, you can share your link with friends, colleagues and family (reciprocal referrals aren’t allowed) as long as this is the exception in your promotion strategy and you’re mainly promoting to a large audience (minimum range of hundreds different visitors per month).
- Referrals are counted by individuals and not by SaasZilla account. That means that the same person cannot generate multiple times the “new customer” comission when purchases are done by the same individual referral even if someone orders from multiple accounts. You will only receive the “new customer” commission once on the first order the individual make as new SaasZilla customer.
- In order for commissions to be activated and paid out, the affiliate must meet two requirements for the minimum threshold:
Generate a significant amount of traffic and conversions that meet expectations:
(i) Generate a substantial amount of traffic and conversions that align with the expected performance (based on the affiliates’ average as reference).
(ii) Acquire at least 5 new customers who activate their accounts by processing a new purchase. - The commission rate will be specified in the particular affiliate agreement.
4. Payments
- Every month within the first 10 days, we’ll process and send your earnings from final valid transactions. All purchases made by our customers are subject to a general 60-day refund policy. For the sake of simplicity, we apply this policy to all payouts, even if a product might fall under a different refund guarante.

Payments will be sent to the PayPal email provided by the affiliate inside their SaasZilla affiliate profile. You are solely responsible for keeping this information updated and accurate to ensure the funds reach you correctly (we recommend double-checking for misspellings). We are not responsible for any possible delay on the funds reception when attibuted to your payment processor account.

Payment will only be sent if the affiliate’s commissions meet the minimum payment threshold of $50.
5. Affiliate Account Termination
Affiliates are responsible for promoting our products or services in a positive and ethical manner. They must comply with all applicable laws and regulations and additionally, should not engage in any fraudulent or deceptive practices.
Your affiliate account, its application or status may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons:
- Spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc.).
- Inappropriate advertisements (false claims, misleading hyperlinks, etc.).
- Advertising on sites containing or promoting illegal activities or related to any topic that could generate a negative effect over our brand.
- Failure to disclose the affiliate relationship for any promotion that qualifies as an endorsement under existing Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines and regulations, or any applicable state laws.
- Violating the SaasZilla trademark, branding guidelines, or attempting to advertise against our brand name or partner’s product brands on any ad platform.
- Offering rebates, coupons, or other form of promised kick-backs from your affiliate commission as an incentive. Adding bonuses or bundling other SaasZilla products, however, is acceptable.
- Self referrals, fraudulent transactions, suspected Affiliate fraud.
In addition to the above, SaasZilla reserves the right to terminate any Affiliate account at any time, for any violations of this Agreement or without any reason.
6. Affiliate Links
You are entitled to use both graphic and text links on your website, within your email messages, and on social media. You may also advertise the SaasZilla site in online and offline classified ads, magazines, and newspapers, provided their use complies with the conditions of the terms expressed here.
7. Coupon and Deal Sites
SaasZilla might offers coupons to selected affiliates for their audiences. If you’re not pre-approved / assigned for using a branded coupon, then you’re not allowed to promote the coupon. Below are the terms that apply for any affiliate who is considering the promotion of our products in relation to a deal or coupon:

Affiliates are not permitted to use deceptive text on affiliate links, buttons, or images that suggest anything other than the currently authorized deals specific to the affiliate. Bidding on terms such as “SaasZilla Coupons”, “SaasZilla Discounts”, or any other phrases suggesting the availability of coupons is also prohibited.

Affiliates are forbidden from generating pop-ups, pop-unders, iframes, frames, or any other visible or invisible actions that set affiliate cookies unless the user has shown a clear and direct interest in activating a specific savings by clicking on a distinctly marked link, button, or image for that particular coupon or deal. Your link must direct the visitor to the merchant’s site.

The user must be able to view the coupon, deal, or savings information and details before an affiliate cookie is set (i.e., “click here to see coupons and open a window to merchant site” is not permitted).

Affiliate sites are not allowed to feature text such as “Click for (or to see) Deal/Coupon” or any variation when there are no coupons or deals available, and the click either opens the merchant site or sets a cookie. Affiliates displaying such text on the merchant landing page will be immediately removed from the program.
- Coupons and discounts sites and browser extensions are forbidden to participate in our affiliate program and won’t be granted any generated comission.
- Systems that aggregate deals (Deal aggregators) and similar platforms, whether automated or not, are allowed to participate in our affiliate program only if their primary focus is actively promoting our products through the creation of unique high-quality promotional content. This can include activities like generating newsletters, blog posts, unique videos, and more.
8. Liability

We will not be liable for indirect or incidental damages, such as loss of revenue or commissions, resulting from affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, or any attempts to harm the Program and/or our website(s).

We do not provide any express or implied warranties regarding the Program and/or the memberships or products listed and sold by us. We do not claim that the operation of the Program and/or our website(s) will be error-free, and we will not be held responsible for any interruptions or errors.
9. Modification of Terms
Due to market dynamics, these terms may change, impacting all of our Affiliate and Content Creator partners. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice and apply those changes unilaterally. We will notify our affiliates of significant changes that affect them. Affiliates will be responsible for reviewing and understanding the updated terms.
10. Indemnification
The Affiliate agrees to indemnify and hold harmless SaasZilla, its affiliate and subsidiary companies, officers, directors, employees, licensees, successors, and assigns, including those licensed or authorized by SaasZilla to transmit and distribute materials. This indemnification covers all liabilities, damages, fines, judgments, claims, costs, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and costs) arising from any and all claims related to this Agreement. These claims may result from the Affiliate’s negligence, misrepresentation, failure to disclose, or intentional misconduct.
11. Governing Law Jurisdiction, and Attorney Fees
This Agreement, and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with, the laws of Singapore.
In the event of litigation to enforce any provision of this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its costs and fees, including reasonable legal fees, from the other party.

When do I get paid?

How do I get paid?
We will process your payments, based on final valid transactions, to the PayPal account registered in your affiliate information at the time of payout.
I generated a sale, but don't see it on my affiliate dashboard?
• Actions may take up a few hours in appear in reporting
• If after a few hours, you still cannot see it, you can submit the details of a sale by contacting us and the SaasZilla team will investigate.Can I buy myself a product using my link?
No, self-referrals are not allowed and you will not receive a commission on your own accounts.
Instances where a third party make direct purchases of our products on behalf of others (e.g. an agency buying something for their customers) are also considered self-referrals (their customers must purchase the products directly from us with their own account).

How can I acquire products to test for creating my video/article reviews?
Some tools might offer a free reduced plan while others might offer a full trial for a limited period. We understand that this might not be good enough for fully developing your promotional content as an affiliate.
To streamline the process and avoid the back-and-forth of activating/deactivating codes, we recommend that you simply acquire the product from our store.
If you decide not to keep it after your review or promotional content creation is complete, simply opt for a refund in store credits. Store credits are the best option for regularly purchasing and refunding tools for your reviews.
Please note that self-referrals and reciprocal referrals are prohibited. Therefore, we advise you to use our raw URL in an incognito window to ensure compliance with this policy.
Can I use paid ads to promote?
Yes, but a few things need to be considered:
– Affiliates are NOT allowed to engage in paid advertising that prominently uses the Restricted Names, trademarks, brands, or brand elements of SaasZilla or its Partners, or any variations of these. That includes bidding keywords.
– No paid search ads that look like they come from SaasZilla, or mislead users in any way about promoting SaasZilla products.
– Not using paid ads created by current or former SaasZilla customers, which include, but aren’t limited to, SaasZilla’s official social groups or pages (FB, IG, Twitter, Reddit, Quora, LinkedIn), SaasZilla’s Community or SaasZilla email lists.How do you process taxes for affiliates?
At this time, we don’t have any specific workflows/requirements for processing taxes. You’re responsible for reporting your income to the appropriate authorities and complying with the regulations.
Are there any kind of affiliates not allowed?
Coupons and discounts sites and browser extensions are forbidden to participate in our affiliate program and won’t be granted any generated comission.
Deal aggregators, and similar automated systems that automatically extract content from our own (RSS and similar) to generate theirs, are only allowed if their main activity for our deals is to actively generate non-automated high-quality curated content or promotion for our products (newsletters, blogposts, videos, etc).
Are there any affiliates excluded products?
Every product in SaasZilla Store is subject to our affiliate program. Still, there is a single exception: ocasionally we might launch extraordinary flash sales for our community members/subscribers with a reduced number of units (100 or so). It’s no secret that our demand is already well covered (by far), so we don’t particularly want to have more, BUT we know that this might be also a good chance for our affiliated partners to send additional traffic. For this reason, we make sure that your affiliated tracks work even if the main product is excluded, so that you continue to receive payments for other products that might fall into the buyer’s cart. This is decided even before the deal is live. In that case (when logged into your affiliate account) you’ll see a notice on the deal page header that says something like: “Direct affiliate sales are excluded for this product, but the traffic you lead here will still trigger your tracker, so you’ll be rewarded for additional referral purchases.”
Is there any limitation or treshold for SaasZilla's affiliate program?
This partnership program is designed to publicly disseminate and promote SaasZilla’s offerings and brand to large audiences. To qualify for this program, you must respect the design of this program and have a large audience.
To comply with the minimum expectations for affiliates in term of traffic and salses. The affiliate comissions won’t be activated unless the affiliate generate comply with the following compulsory requirements:
- Generate a significant amount of traffic and conversions that meet expectations (using our affiliates’ average as the reference).
- Generate at least 5 new customers who activate their accounts by processing a new purchase.
If you believe you have a unique situation that we might consider justifiable, please contact us in advance and present your case to prevent future issues and misunderstandings.
Each affiliate will be subject to manual review prior to initial payment approval, and any discrepancy in conversion rates or affiliate program usage may result in disqualification at any time (at SaasZilla’s unilateral discretion). Affiliates agree to provide proof of the source of their referrals and provide us with additional information upon request if we require verification. Failure to comply with the Terms and Conditions will result in cancelation or withdrawal of invalid commissions and/or the entire affiliate account.
This partnership is simply about fairness. So if you try to trick the system, it’s not worth your time, because you’ll not be rewarded for it: self-referrals, mutual referrals and other fraudulent methods aren’t allowed and shall not be rewarded.
