What does “Unlimited Users” mean in T3?
“Unlimited Users” means you can invite as many members of your team as you’d like to collaborate.
What do the responses in T1 and T2 mean?
The responses refer to the total number of video submissions allowed. Once you reach the limit, you’ll need to delete old responses to make room for new ones.
How many languages do you support?
We currently support AI analysis in English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Hindi, Japanese, Chinese, Finnish, Korean, Polish, Russian, Turkish, Ukrainian, and Vietnamese.

Hi, Yes, you can add your own questions in Chinese! For now, though, the AI-generated descriptions and questions are only available in English.
To answer your second question, yes, Petrova AI can analyze responses in Traditional Chinese. Non-verbal cues, like body language and facial expressions, aren’t tied to any specific language.

We haven't faced this as a challenge because most users prefer Tier 3, and I would recommend it too—it offers the best value and flexibility. Can we download the videos before they expire? also can we just upload the video and get the analysis even if it is not recorded live through the invite link? Can we attached external storage services for storing videos?
Currently, we only support videos that are submitted through the interview page for analysis. As for downloading, yes, you can download the videos before they expire! 👍
At the moment, external storage services aren’t available, but I’m considering adding a webhook for this, which would allow you to automate the saving of your videos externally.
Can I run a white-label agency where clients can register with me and then I can provide them services for their interviews? they can have their account with us and manage it from their side and get white labeled reports?
Right now, we don’t support full client registration and management on the platform just yet, but we are considering role-based access, which would allow specific users to manage their own interviews.
Petrova AI is a beautifully designed product that makes hiring a bit easier. We received over 180 applications, and the AI reviewed them and picked the 5 best candidates for us to interview.
