Quick summary; We Got Your Back guarantee provides a 100% credit to VIP customers and a 50% credit to non-VIP customers whenever a tool sold on SaasZilla shuts down within 12 months of the purchase date.
How to claim
If you believe you qualify for a Product Closure refund under our We Got Your Back guarantee, email support@saaszilla.co within the required time windows described below:
- Your SaasZilla account email
- The product name and link to the product detail page
- Purchase date and order number
- Whether you had an active SaasZilla VIP membership at the time of purchase (or on the Closure Date, if applicable)
We’ll review your submission and, if eligible, issue SaasZilla Credits per the terms below and confirm via email.
*Credits are issued as SaasZilla Credits; they are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Overview
SaasZilla offers a curated selection of lifetime deals (LTDs). Our goal is to connect entrepreneurs with third-party creators and development teams who build and run the software tools you buy. While most "Partners" (product creators) operate and support their products reliably, sometimes they can no longer continue to maintain their Products. This Guarantee explains what SaasZilla will do if a Partner discontinues a product you purchased on our site.
Most purchases on SaasZilla qualify for our standard 60-day money-back guarantee (no questions asked). The “We’ve Got Your Back” Guarantee provides additional protection for certain purchases beyond that period. Specifically, VIP members may become eligible to receive full store credit for a product that shuts down within 12 months of purchase; non-VIP customers may become eligible to receive 50% store credit in the same situation. To be eligible for credit under this Guarantee, customers must email support@saaszilla.co within 30 days of the Official Closure Date (the date we announce a product’s closure on the deal page's pinned section). Read the eligibility rules below for key definitions and requirements below.
Definitions and scope
Customers
- Customer: anyone who purchases a product directly from SaasZilla’s website.
- VIP Member/Customer: a Customer who had an active SaasZilla VIP membership at the time of purchase, or who has an active VIP membership on the Closure Date provided that membership was active before the closure announcement.
- Non-VIP Customer: a Customer who does not meet the Plus Member criteria.
- Eligible Customer: a customer who reaches out to support@saaszilla.co within 30 days after SaasZilla announces that a product will be discontinued (the “Closure Date”). By doing so, you qualify as an Eligible Customer for that specific Product Closure. Only Eligible Customers are eligible to choose a credit refund under this Guarantee. (This is important, so please read on to understand terms such as Product Closure and Closure Date.)
Partners, Products, and Purchases
- Partner: The third-party developer or company that builds, hosts, and supports a product sold on SaasZilla.
- Product: any digital product sold on our site. All our products are handpicked and vetted by our team for quality and usability so we don't make any distinction on them. While we don’t promise perfect performance, they meet higher review standards than market average.
- Product Closure: occurs when a Partner stops offering or supporting a product and current users lose access. For our purposes, the Closure Date is the date SaasZilla posts the closure announcement on the product’s detail page.
- Product Detail Page: the SaasZilla webpage where the product is sold and where we will post closure announcements and the official Closure Date.
- Purchase Date: the date you bought the product on SaasZilla.
How the Guarantee works
Here is how we help Eligible Customers* when a Product Closure occurs — grouped by customer type.
*Please remember to check the Product Detail Pages for your products, since your eligibility for We Got Your Back protection requires contacting SaasZilla Support within 30 days of the Closure Date.
- Product Closure during the Product’s specified no-questions-asked refund period (usually 60-days from Purchase Date):
- VIP Customers: A full refund to the original payment method is available within the stated no-questions-asked refund window.
- Non-VIP Customers: A full refund to the original payment method is available within the stated no-questions-asked refund window.
- Product Closure if the applicable Closure Date occurred within 12 months of the applicable Purchase Date:
- VIP Customers: SaasZilla Credits in the full amount of the Product purchase price are available to Eligible Customers. Learn more about SaasZilla Credits.
- Non-VIP Customers: SaasZilla Credits in the amount of 50% of the Product purchase price are available to Eligible Customers. Learn more about SaasZilla Credits.
- Product Closure if the applicable Closure Date is more than 12 months after the Purchase Date:
- VIP Customers: No SaasZilla Credits will be available.
- Non-VIP Customers: No SaasZilla Credits will be available.
Other important points
- This Guarantee applies to Product Closures announced on or after the last update date noted above and governs SaasZilla’s obligations for those closures.
- SaasZilla may update this Guarantee at any time by posting a revised version on saaszilla.co; updates take effect on the date posted unless stated otherwise.
- SaasZilla Credits issued under this Guarantee are non-transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash; they can be applied toward purchases on SaasZilla.
