Refund FAQs

How do I know my refund was processed?#

You can check if a refund has been successfully processed on the "Orders" page of your SaasZilla account.

  1. In the navigation bar on any SaasZilla page, click the profile icon in the top right corner (next to the cart)
  2. Access "My dashboard" area from the dropdown menu (or head to the "Orders" area once you are in your dashboard)
  3. Navigate to the desired order, and once inside it, you'll see it's status and if some items have been refunded.

PS: Note that any refunded product should be removed from your "Products" as you lose its access (sometimes it takes longer for them to disappear). The right place to find out if a product has been refunded or not is always in your "Orders" section.

How long will my refund take?#

Refunds are immediate on our part; however, please note your payment processor may take longer to post the funds in your account.

If you paid with SaasZilla credits, they'll be immediately credited back to your SaasZilla account upon refund! You can view your credit in the "Credit" tile of your account, where you'll see the option to apply your credit to your next purchase when you checkout.

If you paid with PayPal, you should receive an email from PayPal letting you know of the refund right away. You can also check your PayPal account to see it.

If you paid with a debit/credit card, please give your bank 5 to 10 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays) to post the funds. If you requested a refund within 24 hours of purchasing a product, it may be processed as a purchase cancelation rather than a refund and disappear from your statement instead of being posted as a charge and return.

Can I cancel a refund?#

At SaasZilla, refunds are final. Once you submit a refund request, the money leaves our account and your access to the tool is disabled. If the product is no longer sold, our contract with the partner has expired and we cannot sell any more copies of the product. Please keep this in mind when refunding your purchases (we recommend you give it a second or third thought before making a final decision on your refund).

Can I get a refund in SaasZilla credits?#

For some purchases, you may see the option to refund your payment in SaasZilla credits (our exchange rate is 1 SZC= 1 USD).

Virtually any of our products are eligible for using SaasZilla credits as a refund/payment method. If you have any questions regarding SaasZilla credit refunds and purchase eligibility, please reach out to our team and we’ll be happy to help!

Is everything refundable?#

The refund policy for all eligible listings is a full refund of the purchase price for the number of days specified per product from the date of purchase, for any reason or no reason.

However, please note that some listings, such as digital downloads, may not be eligible for returns or refunds. We always recommend you to check the deal terms of each offer to see if the tool is eligible for our money-back guarantee and under what conditions.
