What if a deal gets cheaper?
We stand by our pricing — but if a deal you purchased on SaasZilla drops in price for any reason, we’ve got your back even if you refund period has passed!
We refund you the difference or credit your account if a deal you bought gets discounted later — no stress, no FOMO.
- Still within the refund window? We’ll refund the overpaid amount back to your original payment method.
- Refund window already passed? No problem! Even in this situation, we’ll credit your SaasZilla account for the difference — either as SaasZilla Credits or a discount code for future purchases.
🧾 What You Need to Do#
- Verify a match on cart for the product vs what you paid on your original order:
If you have the product one your cart (using the same account as the original purchase) and if after applying any discounts, the final amount to pay is lower than the original total you paid for your order, then you have a match. - If you have a match, just contact our support team with:
- Your order number
- The deal name
- An original screenshot of your cart showing your match.
- That’s it. We’ll handle the rest.
IMPORTANT: Both the screenshot and the email will serve as timestamps, so please send them immediately once you get a match otherwise, we won't be able to verify your match.
📌 A Few Notes#
- This applies only to deals purchased directly from SaasZilla.
- Credits or refunds are issued once per order per customer.
- Price proof must be done in real-time on cart within the same account as the original purchase.
- We reserve the right to refuse abuse (e.g., trying to refund & re-buy just to game the system).
