💡 How It Works#

We stand by our pricing — but if a deal you purchased on SaasZilla decreases in price on our platform for any reason, we’ve got you covered even if your refund period has ended!

We refund you the difference or credit your account—no stress, no FOMO.

  • Still within the refund window? We’ll refund the overpaid amount back to your original payment method.
  • Refund window already passed? No problem! Even in this situation, we’ll credit your SaasZilla account for the difference — either as SaasZilla Credits or a discount code for future purchases.

We want you to feel confident buying when a deal is hot — not worried it might get cheaper tomorrow. That’s the SaasZilla way.

🧾 What You Need to Do#

  1. Verify a match on cart — Original order vs new checkout price (using the same account as the original purchase)
    Log into your account and add the same product to your cart. Then, check the price after applying any discounts. If the final amount is less than what you initially paid, you’ve found a match!
  2. If you have a match, just contact our support team with:

    • Your original order number.
    • The product/deal name.
    • An original screenshot of your new cart showing your match.

  3. That’s it. We’ll handle the rest.

IMPORTANT: To claim a match, please make sure the current promotion is active and you’re logged into the same account used for the original order. Both the screenshot and the email you send us will act as timestamps, so please send them right away as soon as you get a match. If you don’t send them quickly, we won’t be able to confirm your match.

📌 A Few Notes#

  • Applies only to transactions within the SaasZilla platform and deals purchased directly from SaasZilla.
  • Credits or refunds are issued once per order per customer.
  • Price proof must be done in real-time on cart within the same account as the original order to be considered as a match.
  • We reserve the right to refuse abuse (e.g., trying to refund & re-buy just to game the system)
