Activate your SaasZilla deal: Redemption instructions

Hey, looks like you've caught yourself one of our sweet deals! Eager to jump in and see what it's all about?

After you log in to your account, you can access all your purchases in the "Products" section of your "SaasZilla account".

Note that the search bar allows you to easily browse through your available products.

Once you have found the product you want to redeem, click on the "Redeem Deal" button (1), which will lead you to the specific instructions to redeem that particular product.

The "Redemption Key" (2) column contains the license key for your purchase and its expiration date for redemption.

The redemption page contains detailed instructions for redeeming your SaasZilla deal. Simply follow the step-by-step redemption instructions provided to activate your deal.

Note: For deals which license codes can be stacked to increase limits, you can refer to the "Stacking instructions" section for specific guidelines.

The redemption process is managed and carried out on the websites of our partners. Therefore, we are unable to monitor which of your purchases have been successfully redeemed. If you require confirmation about the redemption of a code or if you are experiencing any difficulties redeeming your license code following the instructions provided, please don't hesitate to contact our partners.

If you happen to miss your redemption date, we still suggest you try to activate your deal. Most founders give a long window for customers to redeem. However, if the deadline has passed, SaasZilla doesn’t have any control over the products or creator teams and can’t access their systems. In this case, your best option is to contact the product creators directly and ask if they can make an exception for you. Refunds aren’t available for expired redemptions because it’s part of the sale terms. To avoid missing deadlines, we recommend setting calendar reminders to help keep track.
