        Great question. As of right now you cannot use prompts to create videos. This is on our roadmap, but we want to be sure we are creating an intuitive and easy user experience anyone can use.

        We built ViGi because many of the prompting platforms left major gaps and it could leave non-creatives or beginners feeling frustrated.

        Could you please share more about what you would like to see from a prompt to video experience? As build out this type of functionality, we want to do it with you in mind. We want to be sure we are providing value based on your feedback.

      1) Can you tell me more about the ability to "apply your videos to ad campaigns on social and streaming platforms." How does it work?
      a) Is this included when Vigi is purchased? If not, what is the cost?

      2) Do you have a link/URL to your roadmap?

      3) Is embedding CTA buttons / links into videos on your roadmap? If so, for when?

      4) Do you offer the ability to gate videos (w/email & OTP)? ie. viewer has to enter their email address, enter the One Time Password (OTP) sent to their email to continue viewing the video. If not, is it being considered or on your roadmap?

      5) Do you offer video branching and personalized paths, based on user selection? If not, is it being considered or on your roadmap?

      6) Do you plan on adding any templates for Real Estate Agents, Real Estate Brokers, etc? If so, any timeline on that?

      7) Do you have a whitelabel offering or plan on launching one?

      Why does the video creation at your website landing page never works? How can I be sure it is working after paid for the license. I've tried three different browsers. After giving the website url and hit enter, it processed and midway through, error was displayed. "Error generating your video".

      If we ViGi doesn't have an existing matching template, an AI video suite to the URL will be generated.

      While we are waiting for integration approval from YouTube and Facebook, we created a shortcut to lessen the steps.

ViGi is focused on creating 1 – 5 minute videos meant for webpages, blog posts, social channels and advertisements on social and streaming platforms. We would love to learn more about your use case for longer form content. I will get precise limitations regarding video length.

        We will correct the number of videos shortly. Thank you for making us aware of the issue. We will have it corrected in no time!

      Specifically, are we able to select the length of a video?

      And what is the situation with having Vigi branding on the videos? That is going to be a deal breaker if we can't get clean videos without Vigi branding on it.

        Apologies for the delay. I am learning the Zilla ways, but I am here to help!

        Right now, you can't select a specific length. You can ask ViGi to generate a script for a specific length of time. Our templates are around one minute long and you can easily add or remove blocks to adjust the time.

        As a paid user ViGi branding will NOT appear on your videos. They are YOUR videos 🙂

      How do I upgrade to a higher tier? Do I just purchased another code and stack, or?
      The other two questions, are, is there anyway I can remove your branding? Or are the videos always going to have the ViGi branding? The last question, is where, and how will insert the URL of my website to create videos? I didn't see any instructions how to do it. I appreciate the answers.

        You should not see ViGi branding on your videos after purchasing a plan. Are you seeing the ViGi brand in downloaded videos and/ or in your ViGi library and ViGi editor?         From the landing page you can submit your URL and ViGi will generate a video based on your industry. We are currently working on a build that will allow for more diversity and variance for each webpage and more unique for each submission.

      What if we want to create multiple videos from one URL? Will you add other ways to create videos using ViGi (text to video, image to video, create a custom video from scratch etc)? Creating one video with one URL seems limited.

        You can create videos from scratch. You can ask ViGi in ViGi Chat to create a script on a topic. At the top of Library page you will see 'Create a video from scratch without using a template.' Under the text you will see the Create Video button. You can then pick and choose multi media from the ViGi library or upload your own, choose your music and your voice of choice.

        If you prefer for ViGi Genies to make videos/ templates on your behalf, you can purchase tiers with Custom videos and let us know what you need 🙂

        Text to video, image to video and other forms of prompting are all features we are considering. At the same time, we are trying to avoid some of the problems and gaps we see in existing image and video generators.

        In future builds we are adding the ability to submit URLs of different pages that will offer variance. As we perfect our text and image to video capabilities we will release them as well.

        We are excited to hear your interest in ViGi and would love to learn more about your needs and use case.

      2)Are all the videos a specific length? Is there a limit on outputted length?

      3)Do you have any examples of custom video templates you've created?

        1) For now, yes. We are focused on formal, professional business videos. Our goal is to help small business owners get started with video marketing quickly, easily and affordably. As we evolve, we are excited to add more personality to the videos to match that of the business owner. The best way to do that now is by adding your own voice by typing your script in your own words. You can also record your own voice for the voice over or even do a screen recording if you wish to be on camera.

        2) ViGi templates are roughly one minute. Some templates are a few seconds shorter or longer than a minute. We don't have a feature setting the video length yet, but that seems to be a popular request. You can easily add or remove blocks of text and imagery to make the video longer or shorter. You can also ask ViGi in ViGi chat to generate a script fitting to a particular duration.

        3)Yes, we can provide you with examples. Is there a particular industry or theme you are thinking of?

        5a) Here we primarily discuss SEO, brand awareness and how we can help your business be found by incorporating video and other SEO strategies. We discuss your growth goals and help you create an ongoing plan of content generation to help you get there. Yes, it's meant for one brand.

        1-what is Smart editor
        ViGi has a user friendly editor with easy click and drag tools perfect for beginners. This is what we mean by our "Smart Editor." Professional editors are timeline based. The ViGi smart editor is made of simple blocks of text and blocks of media.

        2-what is Custom video tempate on demand
        ViGi has industry specific templates which you can easily use as a starting block and a template to craft your videos. You can also create videos from scratch. Ask ViGi in the chat to create a script the pick music and mulit media from the editor.

        A custom video is one a ViGi genie (staff member) does the leg work for you and creates a video on your behalf.

        We do not allow for interactive links just yet. We refer to a CTA as an instruction a user should take after they watch the video like "visit our website," or "Call Today!"
