Hi there,
Can you add integration for FireCrawl or SerpAPI so we can have the bot fetch us information?
Zilla-3sw24 –
Hi,
can I instruct the bot to recommend specific products, and when recommending a product that it gives my affiliate link ?
Yozee –
Can we add Indian payment gateway, such as Razorpay? Or PayPal?
Ata_Telewer –
Hey Yozee,
Razorpay is not on my list but PayPal will be integrated with the future updates. Currently only Stripe is supported as payment method.
Yozee –
Can we limit users by number of questions they can ask in a single day or session?
Can we limit the session to 10 questions or 3 hours, whichever gets reached first?
Can we disallow images generation, and keep it limited to text chats?
Can users upload their own PDF or text files to generate their own content?
Ata_Telewer –
Hey Yozee,
No, you can't limit users. If the bot is free to use, they’ll have unlimited access. If it's a paid bot, they can use it until their credits run out. By default, image and video generation is disabled—unless you enable it, users won’t be able to generate images with your bot.
We currently support image recognition, and adding PDF recognition isn’t too difficult. Actually, it's a great idea! I’ll look into it and plan to add PDF recognition support in the next update.

Can I upload my docs/links to enhance the knowledge base of the bot?
Ata_Telewer –
Hello John,
Telewer doesn’t have an integrated LLM. Instead, we provide connections to third-party providers like Gemini, OpenAI, and Deepseek. As long as your chosen provider supports knowledge base systems, you can upload your knowledge base and have your bot talk accordingly. You can also use custom system prompts for simpler needs.

The product is very interesting tous, the only bottleneck area the tiers. 10 bots is just not enough.
Try creating a new tier at 299-350 for unlimited and make it appealing as well.
Ata_Telewer –
Hey there,
Telegram has a limit of 20 bots per account, so unfortunately, creating 300 bots on a single Telegram account isn’t possible. However, we’ve worked with the Saaszilla team to design a new Max tier, which is exclusively available through Saaszilla for a limited time.
Yozee –
Urgent: Please share more information regarding the new "Max" tier via SZ.
Kai_SaasZilla –
This tier 3 with 20 AI bots (the maximum allowed by Telegram) is already live and ready to purchase now.
Those in need of more bots, are allowed to buy as many tier 3 as they need and to redeem them in different Telegram accounts.
Cheers!
Zilla-hn6iq –
Is there lifetime and unlimited bots?
Kai_SaasZilla –
Yes, this is a lifetime deal. The number of bots is specified on each tier on the pricing tables. Cheers!
Seb Watts –
Hi, will you do a tier for unlimited bots, 10 seems a bit limited, especially if you were going to run this as an agency potentially.
Thanks

Hi, is it possible to integrate with Straico API?

Another +1. Instant buy if you do.

Ata_Telewer –
Hey Niko,
Thanks for your interest! Straico has been requested several times, and I did look into integrating it with Telewer. However, it turns out it's not compatible with our system structure, so unfortunately, it won’t be implemented.
