Hey there, I’m Advait, the solo creator, and founder of GoPublish! 🚀
As a solo blogger and content creator, I know firsthand how difficult it can be to get polished WordPress posts out of Google Docs. Between losing formatting, managing images, and manually doing small but important settings, it used to take me 30 mins approx to get a single post prepped for my blog. I also got some content agency friends and this problem is much larger for them.
But guess what? No more! 🎉 I’ve crafted GoPublish to be your superhero – a fast, easy solution to seamlessly go from Google Doc to a fully formatted WordPress post with just a click.
Here’s why you’ll love GoPublish:
✅ Export and sync posts/pages/custom posts to keep your content always up to date.
✅ Bulk export multiple Google Docs posts to WordPress simultaneously using Google Sheets.
✅ Optimize images right inside Google Docs before exporting.
✅ Maintain formatting like headings, lists, and text styles for beautiful WordPress posts.
✅ Embed images, videos, and more directly into your WordPress site.
✅ Small bulk settings like handling links, nofollow, alt-texts etc in a single click
I created GoPublish to simplify and speed up my own and my agency friends’ workflows, and now I’m thrilled to offer Zilla folks exclusive lifetime access. 🌟
It’s your golden ticket to saving hours of time and avoiding those pesky headaches.
This is the lowest price I’ll ever offer GoPublish, so if you’re ready to streamline your content export process from Google Docs, grab your lifetime deal today!

I recently came across GoPublish and decided to give it a try. As someone who frequently writes and publishes content on WordPress, I was intrigued by the promise of a seamless process for transferring content from Google Docs to WordPress. And let me tell you, GoPublish delivered on that promise! The ease of use is what impressed me the most. With just one click, I was able to perfectly optimize my WordPress posts directly from Google Docs. No more copying and pasting, no more formatting issues. It was a breath of fresh air to have all of my content seamlessly transferred with just a single click. Another standout feature of GoPublish is the bulk processing capability. Being able to transfer multiple posts at once saved me a significant amount of time. This feature alone has made my content publishing workflow much more efficient. I also appreciate the lifetime deal that GoPublish offers. As a frequent user of WordPress, having a tool like GoPublish at my disposal for a one-time payment is a fantastic value. Overall, I highly recommend GoPublish to anyone who regularly publishes content on WordPress. It simplifies the process of transferring content from Google Docs and saves valuable time in the publishing process. Don’t miss out on this lifetime deal – it’s worth every penny!
Hi! This is looking really great! One question I have is how does it work with various WordPress themes? Does the content style change at all to fit with the rest of the WP theme? Or does all styling have to be done within Google Docs, if different WP sites have unique themes?
Hi Jeremy. Thats a great question! You won’t have to do any styling in your Google Docs other than the headings (H2, H3 etc). You just need to export the plain content and your theme will handle all the styling part.
Does it work with free google accounts? thank
Yes, you don’t need to have a paid Google Workspace account for using GoPublish, with the free regular one (gmail) will work 😀
Just checked out your product and watched the video tutorial. It looks great and well-made.
Soem questions:
1. Is GoPublish designed for agencies to share with clients when building and managing websites for them?
2. Are there any features like workspaces available?
3. For Tier 3, if I am to share GoPublish with my clients, how do I do that?
4. Can the posts be in multiple columns for the post layout, or is it limited to just one column as shown in the video tutorial?
4. Can we schedule when to post?
1. GoPublish is designed for agencies who use Gdocs to write and collaborate on content with clients, writers, editor and other team members. It basically exports all the content from docs to WordPress
2. What do you expect when you mention workspace? Need some clarification here.
3. You can add this add-on it on your client’s google docs. They can publish directly from their docs.
4. It is limited to 1 column which will have the link of that google doc which you has the content
5. Yes you can schedule it from the google docs.
Does this answer your queries?

wordpress-website-downloader/how does it work for all we can find in internet? thank
it’s a free tool provided to help marketers and only works for a WordPress site
hi, can each users have their own login and google doc in their google account, also adding the wordpress sites they manage? thank
Yes. Each gmail user can add different WordPress domains. They just need to redeem the codes shared after purchase
Question: I am primarily interested in the bulk feature for both posting and updating posts. I would expect that if I have (for example) the middle Tier of 400 monthly posts and setup a list of 50 for bulk uploading – my count of 400 would then be 350?
If that is the case – is an “update” upload also counted the same way? 50 updates would reduce my monthly count also by 50 – y/n?
Question: I use a Table of Contents plugin. Will such a plugin work to automatically place the TOC as preset to do? It does when a post is made via RSS.
Question: Will the blog theme formatting in terms of Font, colors, spacing, etc be maintained upon upload?
GoPublish looks very well done and could be a great tool to have. Please respond. I am anxious to hear answers and purchase. (I have shared this with a small group on FB)
Hi Sullivan,
I’m glad that you reached out. I’ll try to answer all your questions below:
Q: I would expect that if I have (for example) 400 monthly posts and set up a list of 50 for bulk uploading – my count of 400 would then be 350?
Answer: Bulk export also spends from the same plan limit. So, answer is YES. You will get 400 (example) exports to spend for both bulk and individual exports.
Q: If that is the case – is an “update” upload also counted the same way? 50 updates would reduce my monthly count also by 50 ?
Answer: Yes, Update feature also works the same.
Q: I use a Table of Contents plugin. Will such a plugin work to automatically place the TOC as preset to do? It does when a post is made via RSS.
Answer: Yes, the TOC will come. GoPublish doesn’t tweak any plugin functionalities.
Q: Will the blog theme formatting in terms of Font, colors, spacing, etc be maintained upon upload?
Answer: Yes. Exact style settings will be matched.
I’ll be available if you have further doubts. Hope GoPublish will help you in your publishing journey.
Let me know if you need any other help like setting up etc.
